UCOPress has just published the AFOR@ handbook, La gestión de la dehesa como bien común, a teaching resource developed by Elena Angón, Jennifer Claros, Miguel Cantarero, Rafael Aguilar and José Perea, researchers in the fields of Animal Production and Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Córdoba. AFOR@ is an educational game designed to develop skills related to economics and livestock management through a participatory activity in which pupils must manage a pastureland area treated as a common resource. UCOPress-UCOCultura has published: «Raúl. Historietas y dibujos de compás binario»

Written by Javier Fernández UCOPress has just published, as part of the UCOCultura collection, the catalogue for the exhibition Raúl. Historietas y dibujos de compás binario, commissioned by Javier Fernández and held in Córdoba, at the UCOCultura exhibition hall, from 28 October to 9 December 2024. The catalogue features all the originals on display, taken from the graphic novels Berlín 1931 (1991) and Ventanas a Occidente (1994)—both scripted by Felipe Hernández Cava—along with the complete series of press illustrations entitled ‘Diario ruso’, commissioned by the newspaper El País to accompany a feature by the journalist Ignacio Carrión. Social Council of the University of Córdoba recognises UCOPress’s work in disseminating knowledge

Written by the Press Department At its latest meeting, the Social Council of the University of Córdoba approved the 2026 Awards, honours that this body bestows each year upon individuals and institutions whose work makes an outstanding contribution to strengthening the links between the University and society. In this edition, the Plenary has agreed to award the Medal for University Social Merit to UCOPress, the University of Córdoba’s publishing imprint, in recognition of its track record in disseminating scientific and cultural knowledge. The award highlights its role in transferring research findings and promoting academic outreach.

UCOPress Editorial Universidad de Córdoba takes part in the Madrid Book Fair 2026

UCOPress, the Publishing House of the University of Córdoba, is once again present at the Plaza de la Ciencia y de las Universidades of the Madrid Book Fair 2026, reaffirming its commitment to the dissemination of scientific knowledge and to promoting specialized reading among the general public.
