Juan Pedro Monferrer Sala is a Professor of Arabic and Islamic Studies at the University of Córdoba. He has been a member of several national research groups (in R projects for the Ministry) and international ones (British Council in England, private foundations in Greece and Lebanon, as well as a coordinated European Union project). A member of the Editorial Committees and Advisory Boards of some twenty national and international scientific journals, he is also the co-director of an internationally impactful journal, co-director of several series and collections, and a member of scientific committees for series from prestigious publishers (Brill, Peeters,…
