The University of Córdoba Publishing Service, in collaboration with the Provincial Council, has published the book "La maternidad en los textos gnósticos cristianos" with which its author Saray García Muñiz won the XIII Leonor de Guzmán Award, organized by the Chair of Women's Studies of the same name. This work analyzes the consideration of motherhood within Gnostic Christian communities through their sacred texts, not only concerning liturgy and evangelization but also daily life, in order to ascertain its impact and the social implications for women in these groups. The book “ETSIAM” delves into the memory of the University of Córdoba

Photographer Manuel Muñoz presented the book ETSIAM this morning, a collection of images depicting the empty spaces of the former building of the School of Agricultural and Forestry Engineering, thus offering an approach to the memory of the University of Córdoba. The University of Córdoba Press has published “El antiguo Palacio Episcopal de Córdoba. Transformaciones de usos y espacios”

The former Episcopal Palace of Córdoba appears to be located on top of a Visigothic palace. Earlier, on the same site, within the Andalusian Alcázar, it extended even further into the terrain, where buttresses of the wall are still preserved. From the Reconquista until the end of the 20th century, it served as the seat of the bishops of Córdoba, undergoing various architectural modifications.
