On Wednesday, October 27, at 6:00 PM, in the Hall of Columns of the Pedro López de Alba building, the Córdoba Feminist Policy Forum will present the book from the 20th Feminist Policy Workshop, Women, Sex, Power, Economy and Citizenship. The event will feature Almudena López Garrido, from Women in Conflict Zones; Rocío Rubio Alegre, from the Leonor de Guzmán Chair; and María José Moruno López, Vice President of the Feminist Policy Forum.

“La maternidad en los textos gnósticos cristianos,” a new book from the University of Córdoba Publishing Service

The University of Córdoba Publishing Service, in collaboration with the Provincial Council, has published the book "La maternidad en los textos gnósticos cristianos" with which its author Saray García Muñiz won the XIII Leonor de Guzmán Award, organized by the Chair of Women's Studies of the same name. This work analyzes the consideration of motherhood within Gnostic Christian communities through their sacred texts, not only concerning liturgy and evangelization but also daily life, in order to ascertain its impact and the social implications for women in these groups.
