Editorial Board

The Editorial Board of UCOPress has as its primary mission the safeguarding of the scientific quality of all the Press’s publications. Its responsibilities include defining editorial policy, planning the annual editorial programme and, more broadly, advising and overseeing all editorial activities carried out by UCOPress.

Specifically, the Editorial Board reviews and approves criteria governing editorial policy, as well as reports submitted by the Director of UCOPress. It also has the authority to approve or reject the publication of manuscripts within the scientific collections, and to decide on the creation or discontinuation of academic journals.

The Board acts as an advisory body, both individually and collectively, supporting the Director and the governing bodies of the University of Cordoba regarding editorial matters when required. In addition, the Board may propose initiatives deemed appropriate to improve the functioning of UCOPress, always with the aim of promoting excellence and ensuring scholarly rigour in all publications.
