Elisa Borsari appointed Director of UCOPress, University of Córdoba Press

Specialist in Medieval Translations and Digital Humanities

Elisa Borsari holds a PhD cum laude in Medieval Literature (UAH), with a European Doctorate mention and the Extraordinary Doctorate Award (2011); she also received the 2009 National Library Bibliography Award. She has taught language, literature, and didactics at the universities of Córdoba, La Rioja, Alcalá, and the Autonomous University of Madrid. A specialist in medieval translations and Digital Humanities, she has an extensive research career, including the publication and editing of books and articles in international journals. For years, she has been dedicated to the world of publishing and digital edition. She is a professor in the UAM Master’s in Publishing: Book Workshop. Furthermore, she serves as the Publications Coordinator for the University Institute for Research in Medieval and Golden Age Studies (UAH) and collaborates with prestigious publishing houses such as Iberoamericana-Vervuert and Calambur, among others.
