GUESSS Report 2023-2024 Universidad de Córdoba

The GUESSS (Global University Entrepreneurial Spirit Students' Survey) report is an international study that analyses the entrepreneurial intentions, attitudes, skills and career paths of university students worldwide. It is based on periodic standardised surveys that allow for comparisons between countries, universities and academic areas. Its objective is to understand how entrepreneurial spirit develops at university and what factors influence students to become entrepreneurs, continue family businesses or pursue careers as employees. It examines aspects such as career intentions after graduation, attitudes towards entrepreneurship, risk perception, motivation, self-efficacy and the role of the university and its support programmes. Its comparative and longitudinal approach allows trends and changes over time to be identified. This is the second report with the participation of the University of Córdoba, and the results will be used to design educational policies and strategies thanks to a better understanding of the entrepreneurial profile of its students.
