Submission, Presentation of Manuscripts, and Style Guide

To begin the publication process, authors or coordinators of the work must:

1. Download and complete our publication form: Publication Form.

2. Download and complete Appendix I. Disclaimer (image rights and authorship).

3. Download and complete the declaration and checklist for authors on the use of AI in academic publications: Declaration and checklist for authors regarding the use of AI in academic publications.

4. In the case of collective works, download and complete Appendix II:

• Appendix II.a. Transfer of copyright in collective works (up to 5 authors), or
• Appendix II.b. Transfer of copyright in collective works (more than 5 authors / conference proceedings)

5. Once the requested information has been completed, proceed to submit these electronically signed files in PDF format (form, Appendix I and, where applicable, Appendix II), along with the anonymized PDF file of the work for evaluation through the OMP publication management system, following these instructions: OMP Manual.

To clarify any possible questions, UCOPress provides its users with a style guide, where they can find instructions on gender equality practices, publication requests through the platform, stages of the submission and evaluation process, sustainability criteria, and style guidelines.
