The State Confederation of Associations of University Programs for Older Adults (Confederación Estatal de Asociaciones de los Programas Universitarios de Mayores – CAUMAS) and UCOPress Editorial Universidad de Córdoba, have released Asociacionismo de los PUM en MAYOR_IA, a volume that brings together the most relevant contributions from the 23rd International Congress on Associations in Senior University Training Programs, held at the Rectorate of the University of Córdoba in September 2025.

Under the subtitle Asociaciones, Universidades e Inteligencia Artificial, the book focuses on a topic of growing interest: how artificial intelligence is transforming both educational processes and the daily lives of older adults. The authors examine cases, experiences, and opportunities that highlight the potential of these technologies to enhance learning, autonomy, and social participation among this group.

The publication also emphasizes the positive impact of European senior university exchanges, promoted through the ERASMUS+ Program and through initiatives led by the associations themselves. According to the book, these programs strengthen lifelong learning, encourage mobility, and consolidate collaboration networks among universities and associations from different countries.
